I engaged Just Screw It to investigate and resolve a mould and damp issue affecting my bedroom and dining area. The solution included carpet removal (to allow for the installation of floating floor), an investigation of the subfloor, removal of rubble from the subfloor to allow for greater flow of air, waterproofing and reinforcement of a damp-affected joist, damp course injections in our bedroom and dining area, re-rendering and painting of 2 affected walls, and the installation of 4 air vents to allow airflow under the house. We were very impressed by the results including the quality of the works carried out by the tradespeople involved. The air quality has improved in our house, and we are no longer experiencing damp. A big thanks to Chad, James and the team for their help in futureproofing my home!
