We have done three projects with Just Screw It. The first was to repair our front verandah, and tile the verandah floor. This was due to storm damage and our former insurance not accepting the claim. JSI stepped in and quickly shored up the house and got to work. They replaced a very large lentil and repaired a major pier, the rendering job is a work of art.
Next, we had a very bad experience with a plumber who caused a lot of damage doing a repair job. Our bathroom was a disaster zone, so we got JSI in. Their carpenters, plumbers and tiler restored our damaged bathroom and totally revamped our second bathroom, fixing sub floor leakage issues as part of the job. They are very careful to do a good job.
We were so impressed we got them to renovate the old part of our house, 180 sq metres. It was complicated, with asbestos removal, fireplace restoration, painting cathedral ceilings, replacing all electrics, downstairs natural timber and upstairs hybrid timber flooring. It was not easy, as the house is very old, but the flooring guy did an incredible job.
We had our leadlight on the front door repaired. The job is so magnificent, we’ve got them to do all the leadlights and add new ones to the fanlights over the bedroom doors. All the guys are hard working and cheery and consultative. The carpenters fixed countless problems with our doors and windows, it is incredible how that has improved liveability.
